Trips you arrange yourself (extra nights, separate flights, pre/post-trip) are your own to insure and manage. Anyway, tell us early if it touches our transfers, flights or itinerary so we can coordinate.

Some corporate training and team-building trips can qualify under HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) if they're structured as a training programme with proper pre-approval.

Whether your trip qualifies depends on your company and how the programme is set up, so please confirm directly with HRD Corp or your HRDF officer.
