This website is published and operated by 2290TRAVEL (M) SDN. BHD. (formerly known as WWM TRAVEL (M) SDN. BHD.), Company Registration No. 200801035582 (836923-A), trading as 2290 Travel and 2290 Travel MICE. We hold a travel agency licence issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (Licence No. 5942, covering inbound, outbound and ticketing) and we are an active member of the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Membership No. MA3516).

This is an official website of our company. It is a dedicated campaign and enquiry website for our corporate travel, incentive travel and customised group travel services. It is not our full corporate website and it does not list our complete range of products. Our services are not limited to what is shown here. We also arrange series tours, private group tours, family tours and other travel packages, and you are welcome to ask us about them.

Anyone who copies this website, imitates our branding or presents themselves as us is doing so without our authority. If you are unsure whether a page, an advertisement or a person genuinely represents us, contact us on the number below before you send any money.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. We prepare it with care and we update it as needed, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it.

Destinations, itineraries, hotels, activities and inclusions shown here are examples of the kind of trips we plan. They are illustrative. They are not a fixed catalogue and they are not an offer. What we actually propose to you will be built around your own group, dates, preferences and budget.

3. No prices, no guaranteed availability

Prices are not published on this website. Any figure discussed with you is indicative until we confirm it in writing. Availability of any destination, hotel, flight or activity is never guaranteed until it is confirmed and secured. See our Terms and Conditions for how a proposal becomes a booking.

4. Photographs and video

Photographs and video on this website include images from trips we have operated, images of destinations, hotels and venues, and general destination imagery. They are shown to illustrate the type of experience we plan. They do not guarantee that a specific hotel, room, view, meal, vehicle or activity will form part of your own trip. Suppliers renovate, rebrand and change their facilities without notice.

5. Statistics and claims about our experience

Figures on this website relating to trips planned, travellers served, destinations covered, years in operation, number of client companies and the size of the largest group we have handled are drawn from our own internal records. They are stated in good faith and rounded. They describe our past work. They are not a promise about what your own trip will involve.

Awards, certifications, licences and memberships shown here were valid at the time of publication. Ask us if you would like to see current documentation.

Company logos and names shown on this website identify organisations we have provided travel services to. They are displayed as a record of our work. They are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not mean that those companies endorse or recommend us, sponsor this website, or have any ongoing or exclusive relationship with us.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Testimonials and reviews on this website are genuine and are attributed to the person or company who gave them. They describe individual experiences at a particular time with a particular itinerary and a particular team on the ground. Travel is delivered by people and conditions vary, so no testimonial is a guarantee that you will have the same experience. Your results will depend on your destination, your dates, your group and factors outside anyone's control.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, insurance, immigration or medical advice.

Comments about HRD Corp claims, HRDF eligibility, tax treatment of company trips, or any grant, levy or claim are general information only. Eligibility rules, claim rates and approval procedures are set by the Malaysian government and its agencies and can change at any time. Whether your particular programme qualifies depends on how it is structured and on your own company's circumstances. Always confirm directly with HRD Corp, with the Inland Revenue Board, or with your own tax adviser before relying on any claim or deduction. We do not accept responsibility for a claim that is rejected.

Comments about visas, entry requirements, vaccinations and health precautions are general and change frequently. Confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or health authority before you travel.

9. Third party suppliers

Travel services are delivered by independent suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, venues, guides and activity providers. We select and manage them on your behalf, but we do not own or operate them and we cannot control every aspect of their performance.

10. Events outside our control

Travel involves risk that no travel company can eliminate. Weather, natural disasters, epidemics, political events, civil unrest, strikes, airline schedule changes, road conditions, border and immigration decisions and other force majeure events can disrupt any trip. We are not liable for the consequences of such events. How they are handled for a confirmed booking is set out in your booking documents.

This website links to third party platforms including WhatsApp and video hosting services. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for what happens on them. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

12. Advertising and measurement
